Does italkbb support fax? the answer is “yes” for calls within the states and Canada and it is NOT GUARANTEED, however “no” for the interneational calls.

For all domestic fax, you need dail “#” first. Press”#”+1+fax number. For example: #1-212-777-8888.

For international fax, it’s not stable.

Because the network data transmission signal is not stable than the ordinary telephone line , so the current Web-based phone Fax function is very unstable, iTalkbb provide telephone Fax function, but due to the impact of the network, this feature is not yet stable, if there are problems when you are using the Fax, please try the following:

1. Adjust “send and receive rates or baud rate ” of the Fax machine under 9600 bps.
2. Close the “ECM” (Error Correction Mode ) function of the Fax machine.
3. Connect iTalkbb box directly to modem to use the fax function.
(Note: to do the No.1 and No.2 operation, you need to refer to your Fax manual)

Above are the operation of the fax, you can have a try. If these operations are ineffective, and that should be due to your local network environment, we are sorry that we do not have any better solution of this situation. Thanks for your understanding.

1. Customers should call 1-877-482-5503 to cancel “i talk bb” service.
2. Within 7 days after the cancellation, customers should return the box and other accessories to iTalkBB at customer’s own cost. If iTalkBB does not receive return packages within 15 days after cancellation date, a charge of the retail price of iTalkBB equipments will be posted on customers’ account.
3. All refunds can not be done before the equipments are well received by iTalkBB.

1.如何保留我现有的电话号码？
要保留现有的电话号码，您需要申请转号。此过程需要3-6周的时间，在这段期间内，您不可以取消您目前所属的电话公司的服务（可以降低服务级别），以确保不丢失您的号码。

2.我家里没有宽带网路，可以使用iTalkBB的服务吗？

3.转现有的电话号码(PSTN)到iTalkBB是否会影响电话的使用？

7. 如果需要的话，我如何重启我的电话配接器？
