Tips - how to avoid billing dispute with italkbb
Some italkbb customers were surprised that their credit cards get charged automatically for a second year. The complaints we have received toward iTalkBB with respect to billing happened when service is due to renewal. Some found their iTalkBB service terminated when transaction failed due to either expired credit card or stale address information.
Here let’s share a few tips to avoid billing dispute with iTalkBB.
(1) go through italkbb’s “terms and conditions” — cancellation policy, renewal policy:
“The Service is automatically renewed unless Customer provides iTalk notification of intent to terminate the Service not less than thirty days prior to effective date of termination…”
“Customer shall notify iTalk of any change to the Credit Card information including changes in account number, expiration date and billing address…”
(2) keep your email information in iTalkBB up-to-date and make sure your spam filter is set up properly. All service updates from iTalkBB are communicated through emails. iTalkBB does send notification emails a couple of months before your current (annual) service plan expires.
