Set up a secret question for italkbb account
We note that many italk bb users have not set up a secret question/answer for their italkbb account. For security purpose, we do ask all of i-talk-bb customers to provide an answer to a secret question of their choice.
The answer to the italkbb secret question will be used to verify user as the account owner when he call in to obtain/change account information or he forget his online italkbb login pass word.
