italkbb policy for cancellations
1. Customers should call 1-877-482-5503 to cancel “i talk bb” service.
2. Within 7 days after the cancellation, customers should return the box and other accessories to iTalkBB at customer’s own cost. If iTalkBB does not receive return packages within 15 days after cancellation date, a charge of the retail price of iTalkBB equipments will be posted on customers’ account.
3. All refunds can not be done before the equipments are well received by iTalkBB.
i-talk-bb 客户除包年计划之外，30-365天期间取消账户，收取$69.99提前取消服务费。所以我建议您加入包年计划，同时还可以再省去$29.99开通费,进退都划算。

Equipment returned to i talk bb local agent will not be processed. If iTalk bb does not receive the returned Equipment within fifteen (15) days after the termination date, the Equipment Charge of $59.99 will be charged to Customer’s credit card. We suggest UPS or FedEx service so user can confirm that the i talk bb box has been received by italkbb.
